JOB DESCRIPTION

Created in 2021, present in digital and physical format ORMAIN modernizes the image of second hand by offering first hand service and an impeccable customer experience. In full development, we are looking for the rare pearl who will complete our Toulouse team.

In direct collaboration with the founders and the marketing team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining customer relations. In direct daily contact with a demanding clientele, you will do everything possible to respond to customer requests and thus maintain exceptional service.

COMMERCIAL ADMINISTRATION

  • Sourcing of B2B and B2C products
  • Management of deposits and contracts
  • Track sales and organize payments

CRM
  • Performance Analysis
  • Analysis of the customer database
  • Propose corrective actions based on analyzes
  • Management and improvement of different databases

SALES SERVICE
  • Development of the service and its tools
  • Manage financial transactions
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure a smooth and consistent customer experience
  • Organize and ensure points of exchange around regular reporting
  • Propose and carry out commercial actions in conjunction with the marketing team

SHOWROOM
  • Welcome and assist customers within "The apartment" by offering a personalized experience
  • Participation in merchandising
  • Management of requests by email, telephone and on social networks
  • Point of sale and storage management, including routine tasks
  • Operational support in the organization of our commercial operations (Pop-up store, events, special evenings, etc.)

REQUIRED PROFILE

We are looking for a passionate, motivated person with a “Swiss army knife” profile, with the following qualities:

  • Organized: Ideal for carrying out projects and coordinating all commercial actions

  • Autonomous: We are looking for a key element who will quickly carry out all actions in complete autonomy

  • Sense of contact: In direct contact with a demanding clientele, this asset is essential

  • Interested: On the front line of customer requests, it is important to have and maintain in-depth knowledge of luxury products and brands.
  • Fluent in English: Being able to communicate with an international clientele
