After prior agreement by email, you can pick up your part(s) directly from our showroom by appointment.
A 48-hour period is required to prepare your item(s) for collection.
The ID corresponding to the contract will be mandatory to proceed with the collection.
A previously designated trusted third party may collect the item(s) with their ID and yours.
In accordance with our traceability and security obligations, no part can be collected without the physical presentation of an official ID. A photo or a digital copy is not a sufficient guarantee.
Appointments are mandatory, no collection can be made without an appointment.
