Orders and delivery

01. PAYMENT

In principle, the following payment methods are available to you in our shop:

PAYMENT BY BANK CARD (Shopify Payment)

Card payment is entrusted to the company Shopify. The entry of your credit card number as well as its expiration date and cryptogram are done on a highly secure page directly at Shopify. The ormain.com site does not store any card numbers.

The charge to the customer's bank card will be made in euros when the order is accepted by Shopify.

PAYMENT IN SEVERAL INSTALLMENTS (Alma)

Payment in installments/deferred payments is available via our partner Alma. Payment security is ensured by Alma and its service providers. All payments are protected by 3D Secure.

Amount of purchases

  • P2X: Only purchases between €50 and €4,000 are eligible for payment with Alma.
  • P3X: Only purchases between €50 and €4,000 are eligible for payment with Alma.
  • P4X: Only purchases between €50 and €4,000 are eligible for payment with Alma.

Costs

Payment in installments/deferred payments is available via our partner Alma. Payment security is ensured by Alma and its service providers. All payments are protected by 3D Secure.

  • P2X: 3.92% per transaction
  • P3X: 4.18% per transaction
  • P4X: 4.85% per transaction

Alma is a telepayment manager and issues an electronic certificate which will serve as proof of the amount and date of the transaction in accordance with the provisions of Articles 1316 et seq. of the Civil Code.

Termination

Any termination of the T&Cs binding the Seller and the customer shall result in the termination of the T&Cs between Alma and the customer.



02. DELIVERY TIMES AND COSTS

The preparation and processing time for your order is 24 hours during the opening days of our logistics department, from Tuesday to Saturday. (Average lead time observed, excluding exceptional closing days)

Several delivery methods (exclusively via Chronopost) are available when finalizing the order:



- Delivery to a collection point: Free for any purchase over €500.00, it allows you to collect your item from the collection point of your choice (selection of the collection point to be chosen after payment). Your order will be available at the collection point the day after dispatch before 1 p.m. (excluding weekends and public holidays).

- Express home delivery: Delivery of your order the day after dispatch before 1 p.m. (Excluding weekends and public holidays)

- Express home delivery (Saturday): Delivery of your order on Saturday only. This option is only available for orders processed before Friday 11:00 a.m.

- Pick-up at the showroom: Your order will be made available at the Toulouse showroom located at 14 Rue Saint-Antoine du T, 31000 Toulouse. Delivery upon presentation of the physical ID corresponding to the order, during the showroom's opening hours.

We will send you your parcel tracking number by email. You can also check the delivery status online on the Track your order page.

For security reasons, a signature may be required upon receipt of your order. In the event that it is not possible to collect a signature upon delivery for two consecutive business days, the delivery person will leave a delivery notice including a contact telephone number.

Please note that our working days are: Tuesday to Friday (excluding public holidays and exceptional closures).

03. EXPORT COSTS

Any additional customs clearance fees (taxes and others) are the responsibility of the customer and are to be paid upon delivery of the product depending on the country of destination. An estimate of customs fees can be communicated to you before placing an order.

No refund of additional import charges will be made.

04. SPECIAL PACKAGING AND GIFTS

All our orders are shipped in our signature ORMAIN packaging and placed in a discreet cardboard box.

If your purchase is a gift, please contact us before placing your order via the contact form: you will then be able to add a personal message.

Since prices are not visible, gift orders can be shipped directly to their recipient. The invoice will then be sent to you directly by email (to the address indicated when ordering) and will not be included in the package.
