Orders and delivery

01. PAYMENT IN SEVERAL INSTALLMENTS

Payment in several installments free of charge is possible thanks to our partner ALMA. The maximum amount of your basket must be less than €3,000.00.

During your purchase you can find on the product page the estimate of payment in 2, 3 and 4 installments free of charge for eligible products.

Once your item is in your basket, all you have to do is select ALMA and the desired deadline during the payment step.

02. DELIVERY TIMES AND COSTS

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, shipping costs with standard Chronopost delivery are free. Delivery time may vary between a minimum of two to three working days.

Express delivery is carried out with our partner Chronopost.

We will send you the tracking number of your package by email. You can also check the delivery status online on the Track your order page.

For security reasons, a signature may be required upon receipt of your order. If it is impossible to collect a signature at the time of delivery for two consecutive working days, the delivery person leaves a delivery notice including a contact telephone number.

Please note that our working days are: Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

03. SPECIAL PACKAGING AND GIFTS

All of our orders are shipped in our signature ORMAIN packaging and placed in a discreet cardboard box.

If your purchase is a gift, please contact us before placing your order via the contact form: you can then add a personal message.

Since prices are not visible, gift orders can be shipped directly to their recipient. The invoice will then be sent to you directly by email (to the address indicated when ordering) and will not be present in the package.
