Payments
What payment methods are accepted?
• Bank card (CB, Visa, Mastercard) via Stripe, 100% secure payment.
• PayPal or Apple Pay via a secure payment page.
• Payment in several installments without fees with ALMA.
How do you ensure the security of my banking data?
We are GDPR compliant and use third-party providers to protect your bank details.
When will my payment be debited?
The debit is made immediately. Depending on your bank, the debit may appear a few days later.
Sell
How can I sell my items with ORMAIN?
Request an estimate via WhatsApp at 07.49.94.89.09 and receive an estimate within 2 hours (during opening hours). We manage the sale and you receive up to 70% of the sale price.
How does the sales process work?
After receiving your proposal, we estimate the price and adjust it after product verification. If you accept, we provide a prepaid shipping label (for items > €1,000). Shipments are insured, and we take care of promotion, photography, and shipping.
What are the shipping costs for the deposit?
If the deposit exceeds €1,000, the label is free. Otherwise, it is your responsibility.
How do I manage my deposit?
Send your request by email to contact@ormain.com with the contract and part reference.
Deliveries
When will my order be delivered?
Once received, the order is shipped within 24 to 48 hours. An email is sent upon shipment. Packages are handed over to the carrier (daily collection at 5 p.m., excluding weekends and public holidays). Orders placed after 12 p.m. are shipped the next day. You can track your order via the email received or from your customer area.
What should I do if the product is damaged upon delivery?
Note the damage on the delivery slip and then write to contact@ormain.com. Claims not noted will not be accepted.
Returns
What is the procedure for returning an item?
Request a return by email or phone (Tuesday–Saturday, 10:30–19:00) within 14 days. Returns are processed according to our Return Policy.
What are the conditions of validity of the return?
Upon receipt, we will inspect the item to confirm the return and refund. Any item with missing or damaged seals, labels, boxes, dust bags, or accessories will not be refunded.
How do I prepare my return package?

When will I receive my refund?
The refund will appear within 10 days on the account used for the purchase (excluding delivery costs), after validation by our service.
