PAYMENTS
Online payment by bank card (CB, Visa or Mastercard)
You can pay for your order in one go by credit card. In just a few clicks, your payment is 100% secure: we use the Stripe service which secures all banking transactions.
Payment by PayPal or Apple Pay
If you have a Paypal account, you can choose the payment method that suits you. You will be redirected to a secure payment page to pay for your order in a few clicks.
Payment in several installments without fees by ALMA
You have the possibility to pay for your purchases in several installments without fees thanks to our partner ALMA. It's very simple, choose ALMA as your payment method then validate your payment, you will then be automatically redirected to the secure payment platform. Then follow the guided steps to validate your purchase.
We are fully compliant with GDPR laws and use a third party payment system to process your data, meaning your bank details are protected.
If it is a payment by debit card, via PayPal or via Apple Pay, ORMAIN will charge the amount of your order immediately. Depending on your bank, the charge may be visible a few days later.
Sell
You can request an estimate of your part on WhatsApp 07.49.94.89.09 and get an estimate within 2 hours (during opening hours). We take care of the sale and you earn up to 70% of the sale price of your item.
After receiving your sale proposal, we will send you an estimate of the sale price of your piece, taking into account the information provided as well as the market. This first estimate can be adjusted once we have received your bag, depending on its condition and verification. Once you have accepted the estimate, we will send you a prepaid shipping label (product or accumulation of products greater than € 1,000.00 only). All shipments are insured to guarantee the best security. Our team takes care of the rest of the sales process: photographs, promotion and shipping.
As a seller, for any deposit over €1,000.00, the shipping slip is provided free of charge. Otherwise, the slip is at your expense.
Any request regarding the management of a deposit contract must be made via the email address contact@ormain.com, to the exclusion of any other channel.
Your contract reference and your part reference are necessary for the proper processing of your request.
DELIVERIES
Upon receipt of your order, it will be shipped within 24 to 48 hours, an email will be sent to you when your order is ready to be shipped. From this moment, your package will be handed over to the carrier you chose when you made your purchase (collection every day at 5:00 p.m., excluding weekends and public holidays). Any order processed after 12:00 p.m. will be shipped the next day (excluding weekends and public holidays). It will be delivered to you using the delivery method chosen when ordering.
You can track the progress of your order at any time by accessing the email you received or via your customer area.
At the time of delivery, you must check the conformity of the order. In the event of a complaint regarding possible signs of deterioration of the products, you must absolutely note these observations on the delivery note and then report them via the address contact@ormain.com.
No claim will be accepted if you have not mentioned it on the delivery note.
RETURNS
First of all, you must request a return by email contact@ormain.com or by telephone from Tuesday to Saturday, from 10:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on +33 (0)9 88 77 11 38 within 14 days.

Once the package is in our premises, we check the item and its contents in order to validate the return and proceed with the refund.
ATTENTION : Any item whose seal, label, box, dustbag, shopping bag or any other accessory is missing or altered will not be refunded.

The refund* will appear on the account used for the purchase within 10 days of receipt of your return in our workshops (subject to validation by customer service, see Return Policy ).
