Returns and Refunds

For any return request, please read this page carefully.

REGARDING ORDERS PLACED ON THE SITE:

A size problem or a taste issue? If a product does not suit you or if it does not meet your expectations, you can request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your order .

As our stock is limited, returned products cannot be exchanged, only refunded. For any size issues, you can contact us via our Personal Shopping service.

Upon receipt of the returned product(s), they are checked by our logistics department before being refunded to you. For the refund to be effective, the returned products must meet the following prerequisites for reimbursement:

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • The item must be returned in its original condition with all its accessories: it must not have been worn.
  • The seal still needs to be hung.
  • In the case of shoes (especially pumps), the sole must be in the same condition as when you received the pair: we therefore invite you to try the shoes on a soft floor (carpet, rug, etc.).

Only a return that meets these requirements will be eligible for a full refund. For other cases, please contact us directly to find the best solution together. Orders refused due to non-payment of customs fees will not be refunded.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility, so you can choose the carrier of your choice. We recommend choosing a tracked shipping method and, depending on the product's value, additional insurance to cover all risks of package loss or theft.

 

How to return a package?

THE REQUEST

Log in to your customer area under "Orders" or contact us by email at contact@ormain.com to make your request (mentioning your order number).

THE EXPEDITION

Return costs are your responsibility, so you can choose the carrier of your choice as well as insurance to cover the risk of loss or theft of packages.

THE REFUND

Upon receipt of the package within 5 working days, we will examine the returned item(s). If all return conditions are met, we will refund you (excluding shipping costs) using the same payment method you used when ordering.


REGARDING PURCHASES MADE IN OUR SHOWROOM:

Purchases made in our showroom are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. However, please feel free to contact our sales team to find a solution where possible.
