Returns and Refunds

For any return request, please read this page carefully.

CONCERNING ORDERS CONCLUDED ON THE SITE:

A size problem or a taste issue? If a product does not suit you or if it does not meet your expectations, you have the option of requesting a return within 14 calendar days of receipt of your order .

As our stocks are limited, returned products are not subject to exchange but only to a request for reimbursement. For any size issues, you can contact us via the Personal Shopping service.

Upon receipt of the returned product(s), they are checked by our logistics department before being refunded to you. For the refund to be effective, the returned products must meet the prerequisites for refund:

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • The item must be returned in its original condition: it must not have been worn.
  • The seal must still be hung.
  • In the case of shoes (especially pumps), the sole must be in the same condition as when you received the pair: we therefore invite you to try the shoes on a non-rigid floor (carpet, rug, etc.).

Only a return satisfying these various points will be subject to a full refund. For other cases, please contact us directly in order to find the best solutions together. An order refused for non-payment of customs fees will not be refunded.

Return costs are your responsibility, so you can choose the carrier of your choice. We advise you to choose a tracked shipping method and, depending on the amount of the product, additional insurance to cover all risks of loss or theft of packages.

 

How to return a package?

REQUIREMENT

Log in to your customer area in the “Orders” section or contact us by email at contact@ormain.com to make your request (mentioning your order number).

SHIPPING

Return costs are your responsibility, so you can choose the carrier of your choice as well as insurance to cover the risk of loss or theft of packages.

REIMBURSEMENT

Upon receipt of the package within 5 working days, we will examine the returned item(s). If all return conditions are met, we will refund you (excluding shipping costs) using the same payment method you used when ordering.


REGARDING PURCHASES MADE WITHIN OUR SHOWROOM:

Purchases made in our showroom are neither exchangeable nor refundable. However, do not hesitate to contact our sales team to find a solution if possible.
