Returns and Refunds

For any return request, please read this page carefully.

Regarding orders placed on the site

A size problem or a question of taste? If a product does not suit you or does not meet your expectations, you can request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your order .

As our stock is limited, returned products will not be exchanged, but will only be refunded. For any size issues, you can contact us via the Personal Shopping service.

Upon receipt of returned products, they are checked by our logistics department before refunding. For a refund to be validated, the products must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • The item must be returned in its original condition, with all accessories; it must not have been worn.
  • The seal must be intact and still attached.
  • In the case of shoes (especially pumps), the sole must be in the same condition as when received. We recommend that you try on the shoes only on a soft floor (carpet, rug, etc.).

Only returns that meet these conditions will be eligible for a full refund. In other cases, please contact us so we can find the best solution together. Orders refused due to non-payment of customs fees will not be refunded.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility; you are free to choose the carrier. We recommend tracked shipping and, depending on the value of the product, insurance to cover any risk of loss or theft.

How to return a package?

1. The request

Log in to your customer area (under “Orders”) or contact us by email at contact@ormain.com , mentioning your order number.

2. Shipping

Return shipping costs are your responsibility. You can choose the carrier of your choice, as well as insurance to cover the risk of package loss or theft.

3. Reimbursement

Upon receipt of the package (within 5 working days), we will examine the returned items. If all return conditions are met, we will refund you (excluding shipping costs) using the same payment method used when ordering.

Regarding purchases made in our showroom

Purchases made in our showroom are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. However, please do not hesitate to contact our sales team to find a solution, if possible.
